Important information about the franchise agreement!

This is MM Racing's first year of offering our kart school, arrive-and-drive and corporate day packages.  As such, we want to ensure a quality program and have decided to select a pilot track to evaluate our programs at.  We feel that offering a Pilot Program at a smaller track, will allow use the freedom to explore different approaches to training and more closely observe participation and feedback.  This year we are working in conjunction with Jackson Speedway in Jackson, MI (www.jacksonspeedway.net) for our pilot programs. 

Due to the program only being in the pilot stage, we have not finalized our brochures.  We do have final draft of the franchise agreement from the lawyers, but the initial franchise fee is still in flux.  Our market surveys have shown that larger tracks, ones that accommodate cars, are looking for TAG class karts (28hp water cooled engines with long maintenance cycles), where the smaller tracks desire KT100 engines (15hp engine that are more cost-efficient in the short-run).
